Gymastics are body weight movements that help us develop body control and awareness on the ground, inverted, or in space. We start with the very basic like push ups, ringrows or pull ups that don’t need so much strength and skill to hand stand pushups and muscle ups (just to mention a few) that require skill and reasonable amount of strength.
These take time to attain through continuous practice. Beyond just strength and the particular skills developed, we also attain balance, coordination which comes as a result of neurological adaptation. These movements are fun to practice.
