At CrossFit254, we’re committed to fostering healthier lifestyles both inside and outside the gym. Recently, we completed our 21-Day No Sugar, No Wheat Challenge, and the results were truly remarkable!

The challenge began with a clear mission: participants would eliminate added sugars and wheat from their diets for 21 days. This initiative was more than just a diet; it was a commitment to clean eating, balanced meals, regular exercise, and proper recovery. Our goal was to help everyone develop sustainable habits that extend well beyond the challenge.

Throughout the healthy habits challenge, participants focused on creating nutrient-dense meals. Here’s what a balanced plate typically included:

  • Lean Proteins: Essential for muscle repair and recovery.
  • Healthy Fats: Important for energy and vitamin absorption.
  • Colorful Vegetables: Packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
  • Smart Carbs: Foods like sweet potatoes and fruits for sustained energy.

But this challenge wasn’t solely about nutrition. Participants also committed to working out at least four times a week, tackling tough WODs while scaling when necessary. Additionally, we emphasized the importance of quality sleep—aiming for seven or more hours each night to support recovery and overall health.

The transformations over these 21 days were inspiring. Participants reported:

  • Improved Sleep Quality: Waking up refreshed and ready to take on the day.
