Young and Fit is a Fitness and Nutrition program specially designed for kids and teens of ages 6 to 17yrs.

Compete Class
This class is for those who want to compete in the sport of CrossFit. The class is programmed to go beyond the normal CrossFit class and build stamina, endurance and develop skills needed to get you ready for competition. We prepare our athletes to compete in national and international competitions, as well as the CrossFit games.

CrossFit follows a group class training methodology and at times, clients have specific needs that require specialized attention beyond class.
For this, we offer one on one training where we come up with a specialized program tailored for your specific needs and goals which can include skills development, rehab, mobility, nutrition consultation just to mention a few. This is also available for our Young & Fit athletes.

Rehab
Fitness has been proven to be restorative in helping those who have suffered from injury recover sustainably. This class sole aim is to restore range of movement and functionality around joints and muscles in the body using principles of mobility, stability and strength. We complement the plan you have with your doctors to help you on your journey to recovery.

Mobility
Go back to being a supple leopard. Learn what is hindering you from taking your joints through their full range of motion and learn stability and gatekeeper exercises that will show you whether you are headed towards the wrong direction.

Health & Nutrition
We work with you on a nutrition program whose goal is to keep you functional and healthy throughout your life.
In its most basic form, it will require that we eat whole foods directly harvested from the ground and meat got directly from the source. Stay away from processed foods and high glycemic carbohydrates. These should help keep disease away and keep you functional through the years of your life, for now and as you grow old which is what health is.
